Purchase Orders

Unless agreed in advance, we do not accept purchase orders requesting credit terms.

Credit Card Orders

To successfully order on-line using a credit card, you must use a verifiable company or ISP assigned email address. For obvious reasons, credit card orders submitted with anonymous free email addresses for delivery such as hotmail, gmail or yahoo are ignored.

Air mail delivery on CD (any global destination): 6 GBP

Support

Please note Satmaster Pro versions earlier than Mk7.x are over 10 years old and cannot be supported because the atmospheric and geomagnetic models included are obsolete.

If your supported licensed software is lost, stolen or damaged, we will replace it by electronic delivery within one working day at no charge.

We aim to answer all technical support queries by email the same day if time zone difference allows. Please give full details of the nature of the problem and attach an example output file, if possible.

It is rarely practical to give instant answers to technical questions over the telephone. Please use email where possible. There are no scripted (canned) replies, all support issues are investigated and treated individually.

Finally, please evaluate the demo software on your computer system before ordering.
